The first picture on the product can often be a display image and not look like the actual product. They are also often on the car, painted and sometimes modified, please thoroughly look through all pictures before purchasing and contact us if you need any assistance.
Change of Mind:
- We do not give refunds for a change of mind circumstance so please be sure before purchasing.
- This also includes Pre-Order Items. Once the order has been placed the item is then yours.
Damages during freight?
Our express courier does offer insurance for parts Lost or Damged in transit and you will see an insurance option when choosing your prefered delivery option. Prior to leaving our warehouse, all products are double-checked thoroughly by our quality control staff. Whenever transporting a our bodykits, there is always a very minor risk of damage (approximately 1%). We at SK Performance take as much precaution as seen fit to preserve the product to ensure its safe journey without applying extra packaging costs. The safety of the kit is as important to us as it is to you.
Faulty or Damaged Item:
- Must notify if the item is damaged within the first 24 hours of receiving it to be eligible.
- For Large items such as Bumpers and Bonnets there is a 'Shipping Insurance' option. If that option is chosen (which we highly recommend) we will cover the cost of any damage sustained during the shipping process. If you do not choose that option, you will be responsible for any damage sustained.
- Pictures/videos must be provided, showing the damages or the faulty item.
- If you have Damaged, Dinted, Scratched on Cracked an item it is the your resposibility and a refund will not be given. Please keep this in mind before buying. These parts are often non OEM quality and are much easier to destroy compared to original manafature parts.
- All Headlights and Tail Lights have a 1 Year Warranty. Please send us videos or bring the item in so we can see if it is faulty. If it is faulty we will replace the item for you or may need to order the part in to be replaced. If you require a replacement and need installation we will charge for labour (Price Varies depening on the Vehicle). Our warranties apply to Day running LEDs and Demon Eye Sytems, We do not cover Globes.
