Damages during freight?

Prior to leaving our warehouse, all products are double-checked thoroughly by our quality control staff. Whenever transporting a fibreglass bodykit, there is always a very minor risk of damage (approximately 1%).

We at SK Performance take as much precaution as seen fit to preserve the product and to ensure its safe journey without applying extra packaging costs. The safety of the kit is as important to us as it is to you.

All of our parts are delivered via an express courier service and are insured for LOSS in transit. So you can feel safe knowing that you will definately receive your parts. This service is included FREE in your delivery price.

However, although greatest care is taken during delivery, our couriers do not offer insurance for parts which are DAMAGED in transit.

If you receive your parts in damaged condition, SK Performance will not be held liable for any damage caused by the courier. We recommend that all parts are unwrapped and checked throughly before signing that you have received the parts in GOOD condition.

If your parts are found to be damaged by the courier you must conact the delivery company to get costs covered for the damaged parts.

Otherwise if you require insurance which covers DAMAGE in transit, then we recommend that you organize your own delivery.

We recommend that you contact the courier direct (not SK Performance) if you receive parts which have been damaged in transit.

We are not common carriers and we are not responsible for any delivery costs involved in the returning of goods.

Can I get discounted shipping if i order multiple items?

Yes! You sure can! Before placing an order please email us or contact us through facebook and let us know what parts you want so we can get a shipping quote for you. If you're ordering only one part then the shipping cost will be as quoted through the website.

Why does my option say Pre-Order (6-8 Weeks)?

As we have alot of products for such a large range of cars we keep some stock overseas. These Products need to ship to us first and then we can ship it to you. We try to keep the products for the more popular cars at our warehouse in Melbourne. Please be advised that the "Pre-Order 6-8 Weeks" is an estimation. In some cases your order may take a few extra weeks to arrive to us or may even arrive before 6-8 weeks. Also advise that the estimation is the time to arrive to our shop and now to your home if you chose delivery.

Some parts can be very hard to install without a proffesional so please note this. We also do installations in our shop.

Parts and fitment can vary with every car, year and model and in some cases the part even needs slight modification, even then fitments are usually 95% - 99 % perfect.

All Parts will come to you in the Unpainted color, unless you have chosen otherwise.

We can also get parts painted for you in a specific colour code so feel free to message us or add a note at checkout. Also note when the parts are painted they will come in the colour as if the car was new, so any change in paint on your car could result in a slight variation in colour.

Will my bodykit fit perfectly?

The average panel beater or spray painter may not necessarily know the ins and outs of our body kits. Body kits are a very specialised component of the automotive industry, that is why only a select few are capable of performing a reputable job. It is the difference between the side skirts sitting flush against the guards, the paint flaking off in a short period of time, pinholes and stress cracks that can occur on a rush job to the smooth perfection of a professional. If a job is not performed correctly the first time it is an inconvenience and a financial burden to repeat the process.
